Washington State has once again been ranked the best state in the nation by US News & World report. This is worth mentioning regarding housing, as there is clearly an ongoing interest nationally in what Washington State provides – economically, geographically, culturally, to its current and future residents. In spite of the disruptions of COVID-19 and other headwinds, national interest in the state remains strong. For the purposes of housing affordability, this ensures a problem that will not soon correct itself naturally.
