A recent article by NBC outlined the community divisions throughout California’s coastal urban centers, detailing the growing divide of opinion and chosen solution to skyrocketing housing costs.  On the one side, the established, long-term homeowner.  On the other, the newcomer trying to find a place to live.  Signs point to a similar debate brewing across the Pacific Northwest as the housing environment here, while not as white hot, follows the same track California has been on for many years.
